I endeavour to do this within a 24 / 48 hr time frame, but sometimes I do get completely absorbed in my work. So never feel you can't reach out more than once.

Once we have made contact and discussed your requirements and you are happy to move forward with your commission, I will request a deposit which is 30% of your order. 

 

I endeavour to keep my waitlist to 4 to 6 weeks depending on what you would like and current commission work. Paw prints take less time and turnaround can be quicker.  These times are from the time I receive the pictures/ information/ ash needed to move forward.
